Short Circuit

This is a 30 second work / 15 second recovery for 5 rounds with a 1 minute rest in between.

  • KB Sumo Dead-lift High Pull
  • Frog Push-ups
  • Diamond Sit-ups
  • Reclines
  • Bear Walks
  • Barbell Hip Thrusts

*** Everyone Bring a Towel to the GYM for the HIP Thrusts to go around the bar for Padding.
