with 1 minute rest in between

For 5 minutes each partner will perform:

  • 6 Barbell Dead-lifts

For 5 minutes each partner will perform:

  • 6 KB Swings

For 5 minutes each partner will perform:

  • 6 Barbell/ DB  Hang Squat Clean

For 5 minutes each partner will perform

  • 6 DB Split Presses

For the last 5 minutes each partner will perform:

  • 6 Burpees

Push each other, encourage one another and drive them to a new “Personal Best”. .
