Double KB Trouble

Set 1: 10 double swings (rest 20 seconds)

Set 2: 8 double swings + 8 double cleans

Set 3: 6 double swings + 6 double cleans + 6 double squats

Set 4: 4 double swings + 4 double cleans + 4 double front squats + 4 double presses

Set 5: 2 double swings + 2 double cleans + 2 double front squats + 2 double presses + 2 double front squats

Rest 1:30 minute and begin again for AMRAP in 22 minutes.

Use heavier than normal weight or you will breeze through this workout.

***IMPORTANT Double Swings are on the outside but all other movements are done traditionally from between the feet.
