This is a no-nonsense strength based workout utilizing heavier than normal weight.
- DB Squats (at sides heavier than normal)
- BB Power Cleans (from the ground)
- KB Swings
- Jumping Pull-ups (jump up/resist down)
- DB Floor Presses
