Taxing Your Strength

This is a 30 second work / 20 second recovery for 5 rounds with a 30 second rest between rounds
This is a no-nonsense strength based workout utilizing heavier than normal weight.

  • DB Squats (at sides heavier than normal)
  • BB Power Cleans (from the ground)
  • KB Swings
  • Jumping Pull-ups (jump up/resist down)
  • DB Floor Presses
