This is a 35 second work / 20 second recovery for 4 rounds with a 1 minute rest after 2 rounds

  • DB Cleans as you Box Jump
  • Agility Ladder (instructors choice) / Bear Crawl to Start
  • Reclines
  • Wall Ball (no less than 12 lbs)
