  • Jump Squats / Alternating  Lateral Lunges
  • 2 Jack Burpees / Crab w/ Alternating Toe Touches
  • Sit-outs / Bicycle Crunches
  • Skaters w/Toe Touches / Groiners
  • Air Squats / Evil Jumps
