Bodyweight/Dumbbell/Kettlebell Ladder

Complete for Time… or 25 minutes.

~ 1,2,3… 10 of Burpees

~ 2,4,6… 20 of DB Thrusters

~ 3,6,9… 30 of Kettlebell Swings

Example round 1 = 1 Burpees, 2 DB Thrusters then, 3 KB swings… round 2 = 2 Burpees, 4 Thrusters, 6 KB swings and so on… Recommended KB weight = Men 24+ / Women 20+. Let’s see how high the ladder you can reach. Can you get to the top of the ladder?
