Double Triple
Get as many rounds as possible!
Rest 1:30 sec between each triplet.
Triplet 1 – 12 minute AMRAP
- 25 Double-unders or 25 cals on the Airdyne bike
- Snatch, DB 5/5 reps or BB snatch 5 reps
- 5 Bounding Burpees
Triplet 2- 12 minute AMRAP
- Shuttle run
- 10 Kettlebell dip-n-Switch (5r/5l)
- 10 Sit-outs
