This is HIIT week so lets amp up the fat burning or die trying.
3 rounds for time:
- 100 Jump Rope Rotations
- 10 Diamond Push-ups
- 14 Crab Toe Touches
20 seconds work/10 seconds rest for 6 rounds at each couplet! Take one minute rest between couplets.
- KB Swings/Power Rope
- KB Thrusters/Jumping Pull ups
- Burpees/Slam Ball
- Mountain Climbers/Wall Ball
