Perform the following movements for 4 rounds for time:

  • 18 Prisoner Squat jumps
  • 14 KB Swings
  • 12 Figure 8 to Hold
  •   6 Burpees
  • 12 KB Push-Press
  • 14 Reverse Lunge to a Knee-Up Jump (7 r/l)
  • 18 Diamond Sit-ups

Take rest as needed.
