Perform the following movements for 4 rounds for time:
- 18 Prisoner Squat jumps
- 14 KB Swings
- 12 Figure 8 to Hold
- 6 Burpees
- 12 KB Push-Press
- 14 Reverse Lunge to a Knee-Up Jump (7 r/l)
- 18 Diamond Sit-ups
Take rest as needed.
