Use DB from weak pile 5-10 lbs

  • 30 second Overhead Chops
  • 30 second Half Jumping Jacks (arms up only half way up sides)
  • 30 second DB Overhead Run in Place
  • 30 second Side Full Plank w/ Lateral raise (r)
  • 30 second Side Full Plank w/ Lateral raise (l)
  • 30 second Rapid Upper Cuts

This is a 40 second work / 20 second recovery for 4 rounds with a 1 minute rest in between

  • DB Bulgarian Squats
  • DB Racked Rear Lunges
  • DB Bench Presses
  • Chin-Ups (un) assisted)
  • BB Push Presses
  • Dynamax Knee-Knee-Dbl Knee Wall Tosses
