Warm-up: 2rds
25 Double-unders/ 2 minute Jump Rope
then 30 seconds at each movement holding a light Kettlebell
- Dynamic Squat and Push
- Tuck Jumps
- Quick Feet
- Butt Kickers
- High Knees
- Lateral Lunges with OH Press
Workout: 5 Rounds (find a nice partner)
- 15 Deadlifts w/ Shrug (Bodyweight)
- 15 Pull-ups
- 15 Push-ups
300M Run Between Rounds
Break-up the Deadlifts and Pull-ups however you’d like (each round)
Strength: 10 minutes
- 3 Knee Jumps or 6 Weighted Step-ups
- 6 Weighted Walking Lunges
Go for height on the knee jumps
Go HEAVY on the Walking Lunges
