  • Single Arm DB Clean and Push Press
  • Kettlebell High Pull
  • Pop-up Push-ups
  • Reverse Knee Kips
  • Kettlebell Swings (20/24kg)
  • 180 Jump-overs (squat and jump over Dyna-max rotating 180)
  • Sled Push
