Squat Academy Party: Do your thing for 7-Minutes

  • 2 Back Squats (working up to workout weight)
  • 8 Perfect Push-ups “SLOOOOW”

 

Partner Workout: EMOM

1 – 10

  • Back Squats (body weight or >)

2 – 20

  • Wallballs (20/14)

Example:

#1:  1 Squat + 2 Wallballs

#2: 2 Squats + 4 Wallballs

#3: 3 Squats + 6 Wallballs
