  • Down/Up Dog
  • 1:30 minute Jump Rope

 

Pre-Game: 6 Minutes AMRAP

  • 10 Jump Squats
  • 10 Reclines
  • 10 Sit-ups

At 6-Minutes: 10 Burpees

 

Strength: Deadlifts
