    1:30 minute Jump Rope

Pre-Game: 6 Minutes AMRAP

  • 10 Jump Squats
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Sit-ups

Workout: 3rds each Circuit

3rds at 40/20, non-stop.

  • Kettlebell swings
  • Burpees
  • Russian twists
  • Mountain climbers

Take 2 minutes rest, then do this circuit for 3rds Non-stop

  • Kettlebell high pulls
  • Rope snap-downs
  • Kneeling Slamball
  • Plank
