Partner Warm-up:

  • Plank M-Ball Pass/Sit-up w/High5
  • Push-up w/Hand slap/H2H Bear Crawl

Workout:

  • 24 Wallball
  • 12 DB Hang Squat Cleans

Rest 1:30

3 Rounds: 7 minute Cap

  • 40 Walking Lunges Steps
  • 20 Push-ups

Rest 1:30

3 rounds: 7 minute Cap

  • 200m Run
  • 15 Push Press

 

Finisher:  1 mile Run

There are 1600m in one mile, subtract how many meters you ran during the workout and run the balance to complete 1 mile and post it.
