Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times
- Kettlebell Goblet Squat 4×8 reps + 20 sec Kettlebell Swings (HEAVY)
- 7 Push-up / 7 Hortizontal Row (3 min AMRAP)
- 8 Bent Over Lateral Raise , 8 Front Raise and 8 Seated Lateral Raise 3x
- 5 Chin-up / 10 Dips (3min AMRAP)
Finisher: 25/10 stay at each movement for 4rds take 1 minute rest then move on to the next movement
- Dynamic Squats
- Mountain Climbers w/ Diagnoal Knee Tuck
- Evil Jumps
- Burpees
