Warm-up: 10 min

  • 40 Mtn Climbers
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Slow Push-ups
  • 200m Run

 

Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times

  1. Kettlebell Goblet Squat 4×8 reps + 20 sec  Kettlebell Swings (HEAVY)
  2. 7 Push-up / 7 Hortizontal Row (3 min AMRAP)
  3. 8 Bent Over Lateral Raise , 8 Front Raise and 8 Seated Lateral Raise 3x
  4. 5 Chin-up / 10 Dips (3min AMRAP)

 

Finisher: 25/10 stay at each movement for 4rds take 1 minute rest then move on to the next movement

  • Dynamic Squats
  • Mountain Climbers w/ Diagnoal Knee Tuck
  • Evil Jumps
  • Burpees
