Warm-up: Always

spend 10-12 minutes warming up.

 

Skill Work:  Kettlebell Complex.

Practice, Practice, Practice

Perform 6 reps of  each Kettlebell movement for 4 rds. Rest as needed between movement or rounds. Long Cycle means you do not place the KB on the floor during the movements you swing into the movement each time. Those movements with an asterisk will require 6 reps on the right side  and 6 reps on the left side

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • KB Cleans *
  • KB Presses *
  • KB Goblet Squat
  • KB Rows *
  • KB High Pulls
