- 40 Mtn Climbers
- 30 Jumping Jacks
- 40 Alt Lateral Lunges (20r then 20l)
- 50 Sit-ups
200m Run
Pre-game: 4 Rounds
- 1 min Jump Rope
- 15 Jump Squats
- 10 Squat Thrusts
Workout:
Start off and end with a 200m run.
Go so HEAVY that you can’t perform all the reps consecutively.
- 30 Burpees
- 200m Run
- 40 KB Cleans (20 r/l)
- 200m Run
- 50 KB Swings
- 200m Run
- 40 KB Bent-over Rows (20r/l)
- 200m Run
- 30 Plyo Push-ups (use bands if needed)
