Warm-up: 2rds

  • 50 Air Squats
  • 40 Mtn Climbers
  • 30 Jumping Jacks
  • 40 Alt Lateral Lunges (20r then 20l)
  • 50 Sit-ups

200m Run

 

 

Pre-game: 4 Rounds

  • 1 min Jump Rope
  • 15 Jump Squats
  • 10 Squat Thrusts

 

Workout:

Start off and end with a 200m run.

Go so HEAVY that you can’t perform all the reps consecutively.

  • 30 Burpees
  • 200m Run
  • 40 KB Cleans (20 r/l)
  • 200m Run
  • 50 KB Swings
  • 200m Run
  • 40 KB Bent-over Rows (20r/l)
  • 200m Run
  • 30 Plyo Push-ups (use bands if needed)
