  • 10 Medball Push-up w/ Alt Hand Pass
  • 10 Hip Extensions Right
  • 10 Hip Extension Left
  • 10 Leg Lifts Right
  • 10 Leg Lifts Left

 

Pre-Game: 5-Minute AMRAP

  • 30 Second Weighted Wall Sit *(45/25)
  • 5 Plate Burpees *(45/25)
  • 30 Second Plank
  • 5 Push-ups

* No Mattification

 

Partner Workout: 7 rounds each

*Partner 1 – 200M Run

*Partner 2 – 15 Wallball (20/14) + Max Ground to Overhead

Partner 2 stops when Partner 1 returns from the run then Partners switch.
