Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times
Deadlifts – 10 minutes
2 sets of 8-10 reps (warm-up)
Then build up to 3 sets of 3 HEAVY reps
* steadily increase your weight until you find your 3rep weight
Super set: 7 sets x 8 reps
- BB Hang Clean & Press
- DB Bent Over Lateral Raise
*between sets 8 Wallball
Finisher: 5 rds
24 Weighted Sit-ups (use Dmax)
12 Deadlifts
6 Pull-ups
