Warm-up:  2rds (30 sec each movement)

  • Staggered Stance Squats (switch stance each rd)
  • Skips
  • Alt. Forward to Rear Lunge
  • Groiners w/ T-stab
  • Up/Down Dog
  • 1 minute Jump Rope

 

Pre-game: 8-Minute EMOM

Odd: 20 Second Plank + 10 Hand release Push-ups

Even: 20 Second Push Hold + 10 Sit-outs

 

Workout:

This is a 20 second work / 10 second recovery.  Complete  6 rounds (12 cycles) at each couple then rest 1 minute

  • KB Swings / KB Goblet Staggered Stance Front Squats (switch stance each rd)

1 Minute Rest

  • DB High Pulls / DB Push Press

1 Minute Rest

  • DB Floor Presses / DB Renegade Row

1 Minute Rest

  • DB Alternating Reaches / DB Umpas (light)
