50 Unbroken Jump Rope Rotations then…..
- 10 Split Jumps
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Reverse Knee Kips
if you break , you both do 3 Burpees
Partner Workout: 20 minutes
- 200 Meter Run
- 7 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters
- 5 Deadlifts
- 30 second Mtn Climbers on the Barbell
