  • Run the Loop then… mobility for remaining time

 

Partner Pre-game: 8 min AMRAP

50 Unbroken Jump Rope Rotations then…..

  • 10 Split Jumps
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Reverse Knee Kips

if you break , you both do 3 Burpees

 

Partner Workout:  20 minutes

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 7 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters
  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 30 second Mtn Climbers on the Barbell
