Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times

  • Chest Press – 2 warm-up sets followed by 3 sets of 5 reps and one set of 5/3/1 reps
  • Pull-ups /BB Inverted Row – 3 sets of 10 reps each movement

 

Finisher: 4rds 25/10 Non-stop

  • DB Close Grip Presses
  • TRX Recline Rows
  • Mini Push-ups w/ wide hand position
  • WallBall
