Warm-up: 4rds

  • 1 min Jump Rope
  • Shuttle run 3 <—> Low & Slow
  • 20 alt V-ups
  • 10 Groiners w/Stab

 

Workout: EMOTM

On the 2 minute mark for 20 minutes do:

  • 5 Deadlift
  • 7 Push ups
  • 9 Jump squats
  • 100 m Run

 

Mini-Metcon:

8 cycles total of 20 seconds MAX effort and 10 seconds rest, 4 minutes, of the following:

  • Burpee Jacks x 2
  • Squat/Tuck Jumps x 2
  • Frog Push-ups/sit-outs x 2
  • Mountain Climber Sprints x 2
