- Shuttle run 3 <—> Low & Slow
- 20 alt V-ups
- 10 Groiners w/Stab
Workout: EMOTM
On the 2 minute mark for 20 minutes do:
- 5 Deadlift
- 7 Push ups
- 9 Jump squats
- 100 m Run
Mini-Metcon:
8 cycles total of 20 seconds MAX effort and 10 seconds rest, 4 minutes, of the following:
- Burpee Jacks x 2
- Squat/Tuck Jumps x 2
- Frog Push-ups/sit-outs x 2
- Mountain Climber Sprints x 2
