Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times

  • Shoulder Press  – 2 warm-up sets followed by 3 sets of 5 reps and one set of 5/3/1 reps
  • BB Shrugs /DB Lateral Raises – 3 sets of 10 reps

Finisher: 4rds 25/10 Non-stop (Circuit Style)

  • Plank Climbers
  • KB High Pulls
  • DB Renegade Row with Push-up
  • Slamball
