Warm-up: 4rds
- 1 min Jump Rope
- Shuttle run 3 <—> in Gym or go outside
- 20 alt V-ups
- 10 Push-ups
Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times
- DB Chest Press – 3 sets of 6 reps then 10 singles. ( increase weight each time)
- Pull Ups – 3 sets x 8 reps after each set max out on TRX Recline Rows
- Partner Sit-ups w/Dmax Toss – 50 each
Make sure your resting between sets for full recovery. Remember you should only be able to lift the weight chosen for the desired reps.
Finisher: 4rds
- 5 KB Clean & Press
- 10 Heavy KB Swings
- 5 Chin-ups
- 10 Push-ups on KB’s
