Warm-up: 4rds

  • 1 min Jump Rope
  • Shuttle run 3 <—> in Gym or go outside
  • 20 alt V-ups
  • 10 Push-ups

Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times

  • DB Chest Press – 3 sets of 6 reps then 10 singles. ( increase weight each time)
  • Pull Ups  – 3 sets x 8 reps after each set max out on TRX Recline Rows
  • Partner Sit-ups w/Dmax Toss – 50 each

Make sure your resting between sets for full recovery. Remember you should only be able to lift the weight chosen for the desired reps.

Finisher: 4rds

  • 5 KB Clean & Press
  • 10 Heavy KB Swings
  • 5 Chin-ups
  • 10  Push-ups on KB’s
