- Dynamic Squats
- Skaters
- Lateral Lunges
- Push-up to Down Dog
- Hollow Out
Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times
- Back Squats – 3 sets of 6 reps then 10 singles. ( increase weight each time)
- Dead Slam Ball /Squat Thrusts – 3 sets x 8 reps
- Partner Russian Twist – 50 each
Make sure your resting between sets for full recovery. Remember you should only be able to lift the weight chosen for the desired reps.
Finisher: 4rds 25/15
- 2 Jack Burpees
- DB Thrusters
- KB Swings
- Air-Dyne Sprints
