Warm-up: 2rds

1 min Jump Rope

  • Dynamic Squats
  • Skaters
  • Lateral Lunges
  • Push-up to Down Dog
  • Hollow Out

Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times

  • Back Squats – 3 sets of 6 reps then 10 singles. ( increase weight each time)
  • Dead Slam Ball /Squat Thrusts – 3 sets x 8 reps
  •  Partner Russian Twist – 50 each

Make sure your resting between sets for full recovery. Remember you should only be able to lift the weight chosen for the desired reps.

  • 2 Jack Burpees
  • DB Thrusters
  • KB Swings
  • Air-Dyne Sprints
