Jump Rope, Stretch & Foam Roll…. in that order

 

Pre-game: starts Monday

 

Workout:  Triplets

Work: 20 seconds non-stop

Rest: 40 second rest between each triplet.

Perform each triplet 3x then rest 40 sec and move onto the next triplet…. repeat 2x’s

Triplet #1

  • Kettlebell clean R
  • Kettlebell clean L
  • Squat Thrust

Triplet #2

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Mtn Climbers
  • Dumbbell Thrusters

Triplet #3

  • High Knees
  • Bear Crawl (f&b)
  • Push-ups
