Pre-game: 10 min

  • 1 minute Jump Rope
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 20 Wallball

 

Workout:

Perform each  triplet for 20 seconds non-stop for three rounds. Complete one triplet, rest for 1 minute. Repeat each triplet 2x

  • Kettlebell Clean & Press (R)
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Kettlebell Clean & Press (L)

Triplet #2

  • Dumbbell Snatch (R)
  • Kettlebell High Pulls
  • Dumbbell Snatch (L)

Triplet #3

  • Crab Toe Taps
  • V-ups
  • Hollow Out
