Partner Workout: 500 Reps using Descending Weight and Reps

Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times

  • *Back Squats
  • *Bicep Curls
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • *Bent Over Rows
  • 10 -100m Sprints

Make sure your resting between sets for full recovery. Remember you should only be able to lift the weight chosen for the desired reps.

*Example of Descending weight/reps

225 pounds x 6 reps
215 pounds x 7 reps
205 pounds x 9 reps
195 pounds x 10 reps
195 pounds x 10 reps
185 pounds x 12 reps
185 pounds x 12 reps
175 pounds x 14 reps
175 pounds x 20 reps

total = 100 reps
