Warm-up: 2rds (30 sec each)
- 30 Kettlebell Swings
- 15 Dynamic Squats
- 10 Long Sit-up
- 5 Push-ups w/ T-Stab
1:30 min Jump Rope
Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times
- BB Overhead Press: 5 sets of 6 reps + 2 set of 3
- Push-ups: w/50 Reps – 3 sets or less m/75 Ring Push-Ups – 3 sets or Less
- Superset- TRX Recline Row / Band Face-Pulls 4 sets of 10 reps
Make sure your resting between sets for full recovery. Remember you should only be able to lift the weight chosen for the desired reps.
