Warm-up: 2rds (30 sec each)

  • 30 Kettlebell Swings
  • 15 Dynamic Squats
  • 10 Long Sit-up
  • 5 Push-ups w/ T-Stab

1:30 min Jump Rope

 

Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times

  • BB Overhead Press: 5 sets of 6 reps + 2 set of 3
  • Push-ups: w/50 Reps – 3 sets or less m/75 Ring Push-Ups – 3 sets or Less
  • Superset- TRX Recline Row / Band Face-Pulls 4 sets of 10 reps

Make sure your resting between sets for full recovery. Remember you should only be able to lift the weight chosen for the desired reps.

Finisher: 9 Minute AMRAP
