300 Meter Run followed by 30 seconds of

  • Stationary Alt Rear Lunges
  • Skaters
  • Push-up to Down Dog
  • Mtn Climbers

3 min Foam Roll Lower/Upper

 

Pre-Game: 3 Rounds

  • 10 Wallballs
  • 8 Kettlebell Snatch Pulls
  • 6 Burpees

 

Workout:

AMRAP for 10 minutes of:

  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Slam Ball
  • 20 Mtn Climbers

2 minute rest then… another 10 minutes of:

  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 15 DB Push Press
  • 20 Swings
