Partner Workout: 500 Reps using Descending Weight and Reps

Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times

  • *Bench Press
  • *Deadlifts

Circuit Style : 10 rds

  • Curls
  • Dips
  • Slamball

Make sure your resting between sets for full recovery. Remember you should only be able to lift the weight chosen for the desired reps.

*Example of Ascending weight/reps

  • 175 pounds x 20 reps
  • 175 pounds x 14 reps
  • 185 pounds x 12 reps
  • 185 pounds x 12 reps
  • 195 pounds x 10 reps
  • 195 pounds x 10 reps
  • 205 pounds x 9 reps
  • 215 pounds x 7 reps
