Partner Workout: 500 Reps using Descending Weight and Reps
Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times
- *Bench Press
- *Deadlifts
Circuit Style : 10 rds
- Curls
- Dips
- Slamball
Make sure your resting between sets for full recovery. Remember you should only be able to lift the weight chosen for the desired reps.
*Example of Ascending weight/reps
- 175 pounds x 20 reps
- 175 pounds x 14 reps
- 185 pounds x 12 reps
- 185 pounds x 12 reps
- 195 pounds x 10 reps
- 195 pounds x 10 reps
- 205 pounds x 9 reps
- 215 pounds x 7 reps
- 225 pounds x 6 reps
total = 100 reps
