Group Warm-up:  Tabata Style (20/10 4cycles)

  • Air Squats – 2 Min
  • Speed Rope –  2 min
  • Alt. Single Leg Glute Bridges – 2 min
  • Speed Rope  – 2 min

 

Strength: Kettlebell Walking Front Squat (3rds)

Set up for a Kettlebell Front Squat with the kettlebells in the rack position.
Perform 5 squats.
Walk 10 yds with the kettlebells in the rack position,
Perform 4 squats.
Walk 10 yds again with the kettlebells in the rack position.
Perform 3 squats.
Continue until you perform 1 squat.

 

Workout:

  • 100 Double Unders or 2 min Speed Rope
  • 50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
  • 25 Pull ups or TRX Reclines Rows
  • 80 Double  Unders or 1:30 min Speed Rope
  • 40 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
  • 20 Pull ups or 20 TRX Reclines Rows
  • 60 Double Unders or 1 min Speed Rope
  • 30 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
  • 15 Pull-ups or TRX Recline Rows
