Group Warm-up: Tabata Style (20/10 4cycles)
- Air Squats – 2 Min
- Speed Rope – 2 min
- Alt. Single Leg Glute Bridges – 2 min
- Speed Rope – 2 min
Strength: Kettlebell Walking Front Squat (3rds)
Set up for a Kettlebell Front Squat with the kettlebells in the rack position.
Perform 5 squats.
Walk 10 yds with the kettlebells in the rack position,
Perform 4 squats.
Walk 10 yds again with the kettlebells in the rack position.
Perform 3 squats.
Continue until you perform 1 squat.

- 100 Double Unders or 2 min Speed Rope
- 50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
- 25 Pull ups or TRX Reclines Rows
- 80 Double Unders or 1:30 min Speed Rope
- 40 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
- 20 Pull ups or 20 TRX Reclines Rows
- 60 Double Unders or 1 min Speed Rope
- 30 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
- 15 Pull-ups or TRX Recline Rows
