  • 1 Min of High knees/Butt Kicks (alt every :15)
  • 1 Min of Arm circles Big/Small (alt every :15)

 

EnduroCore: 5rds

  • 3 Burpees + 20 sec Chin-up Hold

Rest between rounds as needed

 

Workout: Three Strength EMOM’s

Movements:

  • Close Grop Bench : 10 min EMOM (10 sec hold + 5 – 7 reps)

Rest 1:30

  • Bicep Curls : 8 min EMOM (hold 10 sec + 8-10 reps)

Rest 1:30

Core : 8 min EMOM
