  • High Knees (Down and Back)
  • Butt Kicks (Down and Back)
  • Walking Lunges (Down and Back)
  • PVC OHS – 10 Reps on a 3 second tempo

 

Strength: Bench Press + Strict Pull ups

5 sets – 5 Reps + 5 strict pull ups

 

Workout: 4 Rounds (45 sec work/ 15 sec transition)

  • Station 1: Thrusters
  • Station 2: Ball Slams
  • Station 3: Kettlebell Swings
  • Station 4: Plank
  • Station 5: Rest
