- Tempo Push ups – 10 Reps (3 count on the way down)
- Tabata Plank Hold – 2 Minutes (hold knee to elbow for 20sec)
Pre-game: Airdyne Bike/Burpee Intervals
3 Sets of 10 sec Sprint + 10 Burpees, Rest 1 Minute between sets
Workout:
round 1: 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest/No rest
round 2: 30 work/25 rest/30 second rest
round 3: 30 work/20 rest/1min rest
round 4: 30 work/10 rest
