- High Knees (down and back)
- Butt Kicks (down and back)
- Very Slow Toe Touches – 10 Reps
- Pigeon Stretch – 30 sec each side
Pre-Game: 4 Rounds
- 5 Deadlifts (ascending weight/ build to workout weight)
- 10 KB Swings
- 15 Long Sit-ups
Workout: 3 Cycles (2 Rounds per cycle) rest 1 Minute between cycles
- 1 Minute Jump Rope or 30 DU’s
- 10 Over Bar Burpees
- *Deadlifts
*1st Cycle = 9 Deadlifts @ 225/135
2nd Cycle = 6 Deadlifts @275/165
3rd Cycle = 3 Deadlifts at 315/195
Finisher: Rope Climbs 3x
