Group Dynamic

  • High Knees (down and back)
  • Butt Kicks (down and back)
  • Very Slow Toe Touches – 10 Reps
  • Pigeon Stretch – 30 sec  each side

 

Pre-Game: 4 Rounds

  • 5 Deadlifts (ascending weight/ build to workout weight)
  • 10  KB Swings
  • 15 Long Sit-ups

 

Workout: 3 Cycles (2 Rounds per cycle) rest 1 Minute between cycles

  • 1 Minute Jump Rope or 30 DU’s
  • 10 Over Bar Burpees
  • *Deadlifts

*1st Cycle = 9 Deadlifts @ 225/135

2nd Cycle = 6 Deadlifts @275/165

3rd Cycle = 3 Deadlifts at 315/195

 

Finisher: Rope Climbs 3x
