  • Group Jog (down and back) x2
  • Stiff Leg March (down and back)
  • Duck Walks (down and back)
  • Lunge and twist (down and back)
  • Pegion Stretch – 30 sec each side

 

Strength: DB Deadlift

  • 5 sets of  1-1-2-2 (ascending weight)

 

Workout: 15 Minute Ladder

(3,6,9,12,15,18,21,etc..)

  • DB RDL’s
  • Jumping Pull-ups

 

Finisher: Slamball

10 min EMOM
Pick a number of reps that you can maintain for all ten minutes.
