- Stiff Leg March (down and back)
- Duck Walks (down and back)
- Lunge and twist (down and back)
- Pegion Stretch – 30 sec each side
Strength: DB Deadlift
- 5 sets of 1-1-2-2 (ascending weight)
Workout: 15 Minute Ladder
(3,6,9,12,15,18,21,etc..)
- DB RDL’s
- Jumping Pull-ups
Finisher: Slamball
10 min EMOM
Pick a number of reps that you can maintain for all ten minutes.
