  • Lateral Shuffle ( side to side) x3
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 15 Squat Jumps
  • 10 Push-up to Down Dog
  • 5 PVC Pass Throughs

 

Pre-game: 3rds

  • 200M Run
  • 20 Wall Balls
  • 10 Dbl V-ups

 

Workout: 2rds

3 min AMRAP

  • 5 Deadlift
  • 10 BB push-ups

3 min AMRAP

  • 4 Front Squats (off the Rig)
  • 3 Pull-Ups/TRX face-Pulls

3 min AMRAP

  • 3 Snatch/Snatch Pulls
  • 6 Dips
