Pre-Game: 4 Rounds

  • 5 Burpee Pullups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Squat Jumps
  • 20 Glute Bridges (10r/10l)

 

Workout:

1) Deadlifts 5×5 (ascending weight)

2) Banded BB High Pulls + DB Lateral Raises
(8-10 reps for 4 sets)

3) 15 min AMRAP

  • Tire Slams 20r/20l
  • 10 Wall Balls (10ft Target)
  • 20 Mountain Climbers (R+L=1)
