  • DB Walking Lunges
  • BB Push Press
  • Weighted Sit-up

Conditioning:

40-30-20-10

  • Push-Up
  •  Walking Lunge
  • Dumbbell Push Press (light)
  • Bike / Double Unders / SkiErg
