  • 15 Dynamic Squats
  • 10 Long Sit-up
  • 5 Push-ups w/ T-Stab
    1:30 min Jump Rope

 

Partner Workout:  (Ascending weight)

  • Deadlifts: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps
  • Atlas Stone Cleans: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps
  • Ground to Overhead: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps

Make sure your resting between sets for full recovery. Remember you should only be able to lift the weight chosen for the desired reps.
