Partner Workout: (Ascending weight)
- Deadlifts: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps
- Atlas Stone Cleans: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps
- Ground to Overhead: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps
Make sure your resting between sets for full recovery. Remember you should only be able to lift the weight chosen for the desired reps.
