Min 1,4,7 – Shuttle Run x5
Min 2,5,8 – Dumbbell Hang Clean x5 ea Arm
Min 3, 6,9 – Plank 45 Sec

 

Workout: 4 rounds

  • 20 Split Jumps
  • 10 KB swings
  • 20 Double leg v-ups (hands 2 toes)
  • 10 DB Thrusters
  • 20 Ballslams
    5 Burpees between rds…. rest as needed.
