Jump Rope for 2 min after the second round

 

Pre-game: 9 Minute EMOM

Min 1: Shuttle Run x5
Min 2: 10 Dumbbell Hang Clean & Press (5r/5l)
Min 3: :30 Plank

 

Workout:

30 second work /15 second recovery for 4 rounds with a 1 minute rest in between rounds.

  • Alt. Staggered Squat Jumps
  • KB Stationary Lunges (switch each rounds)
  • KB Snatches (switch eachrounds)
  • DB Floor Press (hips bridged)
  • Recline Rows
  • DB Push Press
