Workout:
30 second work /15 second recovery for 4 rounds with a 1 minute rest in between rounds.

- KB Stationary Lunges (switch each rounds)
- KB Snatches (switch eachrounds)
- DB Floor Press (hips bridged)
- Recline Rows
- DB Push Press
