Pre-game: 3rds

  • Banded March ( down & back)
  • Banded Rig Squats + Hold – 10 Reps + :30 hold
  • Pigeon Stretch – 1 Minute Per side

 

Workout:

10 rounds AFAP:

  • 100m Run
  •  5 Deadlifts
  • 10 Push-ups
