  • :20s of High Knees, :20s of Butt Kicks, :20s of Jumping Jacks
  • PVC Pass Throughs – 10 Reps
  • Stretch – 1 Minute

 

Workout:

Complete each round and rest as needed for :60 seconds, :45 seconds, :30 seconds & :15 seconds of work NON-STOP.
