  • Air Squats
  • Alt Lateral lunges
  • Arm Circles
  • D-max Side Chop (R)
  • D-max Side Chop (L)
  • Dbl Crunch
    1:30 min jump rope

 

Partner Workout: 10 min
Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times.

  • Shoulder Press – 5×5

After the 2nd set add the following movements

  • Wall Walks
  • PVC Pass Throughs – 10 reps

 

Rest five full minutes before starting the finisher

 

Finisher: 5 Rounds

  • 12 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters
  • 9 Front Raise to Lateral Raise
  • 6 Wallball (25/18)1
  •  Battle Rope – 20 seconds
