Partner Workout: 10 min
Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times.
- Shoulder Press – 5×5
After the 2nd set add the following movements
- Wall Walks
- PVC Pass Throughs – 10 reps
Rest five full minutes before starting the finisher
Finisher: 5 Rounds
- 12 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters
- 9 Front Raise to Lateral Raise
- 6 Wallball (25/18)1
- Battle Rope – 20 seconds
